I decided to become a certified Pilates teacher after spending the majority of my young life involved in physical recreation activities. Pilates has taught me a great deal about injury prevention, correction and recovery, as well as the impact of correct alignment, posture and balance. Taking my Pilates experience into account, I decided to expand my knowledge of the human body and movement by adding certified personal training services to my clients’ weekly workouts. This led to a desire to take my clients to the next level, by offering a personalized monthly nutrition program complete with accountability check-ins and recipe options. Ultimately, I do everything I can to help my clients attain the healthiest version of themselves!
