Gianna is an EXCEPTIONAL personal trainer!!! I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with some fabulous personal trainers in the past but Gianna is in a league all her own. I work out with her 3 days a week and each day we do a different type of workout, one day Pilates, one day HIT, and one day Tabata. Each class is so well choreographed, creative and thought out. Gianna is completely focused on me during class, making sure I do each movement properly to get the best results without injury. She is extremely knowledgeable, fun, and encouraging.
